Your Path to Better Sleep Starts Here

Most users find their perfect fit in just 3-4 nights. The sooner you start, the sooner you'll sleep better.

5-Step Quick Setup

Follow these 5 quick steps to start using your mouthpiece tonight.

1Identify Top and Bottom

To identify the upper and lower halves of the device, look for the UP and DOWN marks. The mouthpiece works only one way! Using it upside down will be uncomfortable and ineffective.

2Set Your Starting Advancement

Your mouthpiece arrives in the neutral position - with no forward jaw movement yet. This is the factory starting point.

Once you’re comfortable, begin adjusting the lower tray forward in small steps to improve results.

3Insert and Check Fit

Place both trays securely in your mouth and close gently. They should feel snug, not tight. You can gently bend or adjust positioning to fit your mouth shape.

Try experimenting with different settings to make it more comfortable.

4Start Slowly

If it feels awkward at first, this is normal. Wear it for 1–2 hours while relaxing on day one, then progress to full-night use once comfortable. Experiment with settings only after you’ve adapted to the feel of wearing the mouthpiece at the current setting.. Early comfort in the first 2–3 nights strongly predicts success.

Take your time to adapt to the mouthpiece and start at lower settings

5Remember to Clean

After each use, rinse with warm water, brush gently with non-abrasive toothpaste or use our ultrasonic cleaner, then air dry before storing. Consistent cleaning will help your mouthpiece last longer.  And help keep your mouth free of bacteria.  It should become part of your morning routine.

Adjusting Your Mouthpiece

Proper fit is key to stopping snoring. Use these quick illustrated guides to adjust your mouthpiece correctly.

Upper Tray vs. Lower Tray Know the Difference

As explained above, QuietLab Pro has 2 adjustable trays:

  • Lower Tray: Moves your lower jaw forward to open your airway and reduce snoring.
  • Upper Tray: For extra advancement and comfort only,  usually there is no need to adjust.

Precision Settings for a Custom Fit

The trays snap into the center piece using small diamond-shaped pins. These pins fit into the diamond markers on the track, which show your current setting. You’ll adjust in the next step, here’s what the positions mean: The diamond-shaped markers show your current position.

  • Position 0 = no forward movement (factory setting)
  • Positions 1–4 = gradual jaw advancement for stronger snoring control

Your goal is to start low and move forward only as needed for comfort and results.

Step-by-Step Lower Tray Adjustment
  1. Pull the lower tray out from the central part.
  2. Line up the pins with the next diamond mark (one step forward).
  3. Small changes make a big difference, advance only one step at a time.
  4. Push the tray firmly into place, it’s important that the tray is securely fitted and firmly attached to the central part

Unbox & Get Familiar

Unbox & Get Familiar

  1. Watch the 1-minute quick-start video (fit, top/bottom orientation, how adjustments work).
  2. Wear for 1–2 hours while relaxing on the couch to get used to the feel. Drooling & awkwardness are normal in the beginning.
  3. Start at advancement level 0 (or the lowest position that feels comfortable).
First Full Night

First Full Night

  1. Sleep the whole night with advancement level 0 or what feels more comfortable
  2. In the morning: Ask your partner about snoring volume/interruptions. If sleeping alone, use an app or audio recording.
  3. Expect mild jaw soreness or drooling. These are normal signs of adaptation. And they’ll go away soon.
  4. Remember to clean the device when you wake up.
Evaluate & Adjust

Evaluate & Adjust

  1. If snoring is reduced and comfort is fine → keep current setting for now.
  2. If snoring is still concerning → advance lower tray of 1 level (data shows level 2 is the most common “sweet spot”).
  3. Continue morning cleaning routine + keep the mouthpiece visible by your bed.
Comfort Check

Comfort Check

  1. By now, fast adapting users might already be used to it. If not you, don’t give up yet.
  2. If you’re still uncomfortable, try short daytime “wear-in” sessions to accelerate adaptation.
  3. If you have improved at level 1, stay. If not, and comfort is okay, move to level 2.
Partner/Recording Feedback Round 2

Partner/Recording Feedback Round 2

  1. Gather a second round of snoring feedback or recording review.
  2. If snoring is reduced but not gone → advance to level 3 only if comfort allows.
  3. If no improvement at all → recheck fit, watch adjustment video again, and ensure trays are assembled correctly.
Lock in the Best Setting

Lock in the Best Setting

  1. Keep the setting that gives noticeable reduction without causing significant discomfort.
  2. Stay consistent: pair mouthpiece use with your teeth brushing routine. And store it bedside as a consistent reminder to use it.
Review & Celebrate Small Wins

Review & Celebrate Small Wins

  1. By now, your partner should be sleeping better, you should be waking up less, and you should feel more rested.
  2. If you notice improvements, stick with it another week before making further adjustments.
  3. If there is zero improvement after 7 days, check the troubleshooting guide or contact support. Sleep is critical to your physical and mental well-being.  So don’t give up before reaching out for help.
Long-Term Success Plan

Long-Term Success Plan

  1. Stay Consistent: Wear the mouthpiece every night. Missing nights can undo progress.
  2. Re-evaluate Monthly: Ask your partner or use a snoring app once a month to confirm results.
  3. Adjust Only if Needed: If snoring returns or worsens, advance by 1 level (max Level 4) and test for at least 3 nights.
  4. Watch for Wear: Replace the mouthpiece every 30–60 days or sooner if you notice cracks, loss of elasticity, or damage.
  5. Keep It Clean: Rinse and brush after each use; air-dry fully before storing in its case.
  6. Check Comfort: If you develop jaw pain, gum irritation, or other discomfort, move back 1 level and monitor contact support if it persists.
